1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Certain products (e.g., final sale, intimate wear, or hygiene-sensitive items) are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at returns@shopsphere360.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company or bank.
